My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very nice, well-equipped, and had a balcony with wonderful views over the Straits. The service was super friendly and ensured we made the most of our time in Port Hardy. The location was clean, comfortable, and offered amazing balcony views. The dining experience was great value with nice choices. The facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious, clean, and quiet rooms with oceanfront views at this hotel. The Wi-Fi reception was a bit tricky, as I had to stand outside my room to get a connection, but once inside, the serenity and size of the room made up for it.
I couldn't get enough of the amazing bay views from my room which was spacious with a super cozy bed. The smell of the ocean was so refreshing, especially during high tide. The hotel's location right at the edge of the bay was truly beautiful, although it showed signs of being a bit tired. The dining experience with excellent views was a great value, offering nice choices but fell short on Indonesian dishes.
The hotel is superbly located directly at the harbor, offering stunning views and a quiet yet convenient atmosphere. The rooms are impeccably clean, with new beds and furniture, providing ultimate comfort. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay, making the most of the lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Although the dining experience is commendable with nice choices and speedy service, the price could be more aligned with the value offered.
